This thing is bad ass. Charged some rechargeable batteries that were dead for two years. Little difficult to get AA to fit well, but it will work
Green Tech –
I needed to bring my salvage 18650 cells to a common charge state. This charger went through 32 pairs of cells. It has two charge levels 500mA and 1000mA. The higher level is useful when charging paired cells. Only tried the AC plug, not the 12V plug.
Gary D. –
got these to replace two other more expensive chargers. The more expensive chargers took for ever to charge my 18650 batteries, these do it in half the time and they seem to last longer in our vapes. Highly recommend these chargers.
Gregory D Dearing –
During charge cycle, screen lights up and shows each battery’s individual status and mA current as its charging. I use this one at work and will buy another one for home use.
Jason Brooks –
Inexpensive and super easy to use. I had one from another manufacturer and it wouldn’t charge like it was supposed to. Was probably user error but still. I like this one because there aren’t a lot of options to configure for it to charge your device properly. All I had to do was pop the batteries in and watch it go. Charges them really fast too! Also the light isn’t too bright so I can have it in my room and not be disturbed at night
JFM –
I needed a charger to charge all the battery types I use on projects, including Li-FePo4. I really like the display and charge time info. I’m used to the very basic chargers that just have a single green light to indicate that it’s ‘charging’ or ‘charged’ but no information on voltage, current charge, etc. This was a huge upgrade from all my various drawer full of old chargers. No regrets – would buy again.
Zero Signal –
I bought this charger because I’d harvested some 18650 cells from a pair of old laptop batteries and wanted an inexpensive means of charging them individually. I also have a motley collection of NiMH AA cells that I use in multimeters and other test gear. I don’t like alkaline cells for tools because they have a tendency to leak after they discharge, and I”m sick of cleaning corrosion off the battery terminals on my less frequently-used equipment. This charger topped up every 18650 and rechargeable AA that I plugged into it. I have 4 AA cells in it now that have been in it for a week. No danger of overcharging and I know I’ll have fresh batteries when I need them. It even charges some garbage “recycled” AA NiMH batteries I bought in bulk lots that my other battery charger won’t even recognize. It would be perfect if it had a spot to charge a 9V battery, but it does everything else so well that I really can’t complain.
rick in houston –
I knew that I would like the automatic determination in the unit that allows me to charge different types of batteries at the same time. I did not see ahead of use how very convenient that would prove. Now, I’m spoiled. The unit is easy to read, easy to use, and charges things in a very reasonable time.
Worthless Bob –
This is, flat out, the best charger I’ve got. It works with most batteries, AAA up to the fat specialty ones used by some flashlights and cameras. It automatically recognizes which chemistry the battery uses. It has a great display for each slot letting you know the current state of charging. It doesn’t seem to get particularly warm during use.
Veterancola –
Over the course of my life, I have had many rechargeable battery chargers. I started with NiCad. They were terrible batteries that developed a memory very quickly. With the implementation of NiMH and now Lithium Ion, the batteries have improved quite a lot. This charger allows great flexibility when charging. I can charge both AAA and AA batteries at the same time. It displays the level of charge once the battery is inserted and will stop charging when they are full. Excellent so far.
Keith –
Great charger so far. easy to use, and i like that it turns itself off when nothing is charging . from what i can see so far its very well made. I have had alot of battery chargers in the past 10 years. ive used Nitecore mainly. Nitecore is supposed to be one of the best chargers /battery companies (as far as vaping enthusiast are concerned). Nitecore and other big names have not lived up to expectations. They never last. I have had this for a few months so far and its very sturdy the metal connections on the spring system seem very well made as well. My 18650 just fits perfectly will not fit anything longer than that. I also charge AA and AAA and fit great as well.
Mark –
Good charger. Charges fast. 18650s fit nicely, but 21700s are tight. It may end up ripping the wrapping of your battery.
Bear –
This charger charges up to 4 AA or AAA batteries at a time, but can also charge just a single battery. My previous charger require batteries charge in pairs. I really like the display that shows charging progress. This is smaller than my previous charger and seems to charge faster. So far I really like this charger.
Spin –
Works extremely well, charges each battery separate and let’s you know what condition the battery is in. Charges fast and regular speed and stops automatically when full or when the battery is on too long. Best value for the money and easy to use!

Update, 12-30-2020: It’s been almost two years now that I’ve been using this charger 4 to 5 times a week and it’s still working like it’s brand new! I’ve charged every type and size of battery with it that it’s capable of charging and I’ve never had any issues. If this type and size of battery charger will work for your needs, you’ll be very happy with this one and won’t have to worry about replacing it for years to come! Highly recommended!!Original review, 2-21-2019: This has a lot of features for the price. It’s a great charger & will charge multiple types and sizes of batteries. I use it mainly for charging 14500 lithium batteries for my flashlight I carry and use daily for work. The option to charge at 500ma or 1,000ma is a nice feature as well. I’ve only used it 5-6 times now so I’ll update this review in a month or two on it’s durability. I’ve already recommended it to co-workers, too.The only thing I wish it did have was a built in tester function to see what the battery is currently at. It’s still a great value and I’m happy with the purchase. I definitely recommend it!

Individually controlled charging ports; any Li-ion/LiFePo4, NiMh NiCad battery size can be used in any available charging port. Since the controls are all separate, mixing batt size, ie, 18650, AA. AAA. C, or any mAhr rating can be charged either mixed or individually. The individual port identifies the type (chemistry make up) and charges accordingly. Amazing changer. Another good feature, it will go into a stand by mode at the completion of the charge so that overcharging (cooking) the battery is avoided. Whats not to like???
dtangler –
I was previously using a Nitecore i4. With the nitecore, i was having battery problems and charger problems. With this new charger, I was able to charge batteries that before would not even charge. Now the bateries last way longer than before.
Sharker –
This is a good charger and keeps the owner informed with the clear display. Faster charging than the individual ones that come with the flashlights.
I. Seligman –
I’ve owned chargers from La Crosse, Ansmann, and others, and this is the best because of the price, the information it shows with a large display, and how it charges NIMH, NICAD and Lithium batteries separately in each slot.It takes batteries that La Crosse days are defective/dead, and charges them…right there that saves me the cost of 6 batteries that I was about to throw away!
Steve M. –
Isn’t that what sheep tend to be? Sheerly? I’m not sure how to even respond to that star-rating. Anyway, this is a great product, it has so many good safe-keeps built in, and lord knows, we need that when it comes to Lithium recharging.
Mike C.Mike C. –
So far so good. Very easy to use and thus far it’s way better than my nitecore. Gives you a ton of information about the state of your batteries too, which is cool. I really like it and it works great. I’ll update if it craps out on me, but I’ve been through a trillion different chargers with all my camping gear, vapes and various portable fans and this is, so far, my favorite. Most likely gonna buy another very soon.
S & D R –
Have only just received this item, and have used it once. Worked as advertised, will see how it works as the batteries run down.
Chassie Cason –
My last battery charger went out, i love this one, wish it woulda been my first purchase. It displays everything you need. I love the color and it’s size. I love that it shows how long the battery has been charging, made me realize I had 2 bad batteries that weren’t holding a charge. When this one does eventually go out I will be repurchasing it.
APrat 1 –
I tried a few battery chargers because my old one died after several years of constant use. I went with an upgrade of my old model but it was total junk. This one however is wonderful. Charges fast and runs perfectly. Does not overheat and the batteries fit really well and snug in the charger. I would highly recommend it.
Jack E. BiedermanJack E. Biederman –
Has a independent, easy to read displays for each battery. Charges each battery individually. Charges lithium batteries and stops charging when charging process is complete. Default charging is at 500mA, but individual bays can be changed to 1000mA by pressing a button above the individual bay. Automatically detects battery type when a battery is inserted into a charging bay. Some adjustments are available for individual bays, but I do not use them. Handles up to size 21700, but it is a very tight fit. This model seems to replace the ThruNite MCC-4S which is currently longer available on Amazon and seems identical in build/appearance except the Keenstone has blue trim instead of red. In my case, three chargers are mounted together to allow charging 12 batteries at the same time. I have tried many chargers and this model is by far my favorite. Another nice feature is that it comes with the ability to plug directly into a car cigarette outlet. NOTE: I have heard that it is important to plug in the charger first, then add batteries to be charged.
Donnie Tisdale –
This was certainly not the cheapest charger I could find but it does provide all the features I needed and the high quality for the price. This charger shows charge time, voltage, charge percentage, independently on each battery being charged with clear blue screen. literally all the batteries I use can fit into this one device that will charge them all and provide information on the individual battery health or condition. I recommend this product.
Jerek EngelJerek Engel –
Works great! It even charges AA, CR3’s I don’t know if it’s meant to yet it shows on the display charging. Great product far as price and Chinese laborship goes. Amazon is a beast!
Rebecca Taylor –
Love this charger so far. It charges my 18650’s in a reasonable amount of time and the springs dont break my fingers when I’m taking the batteries out like many other models I’ve used in the past! The car charging plug was SUPER convenient!
Henry Chandler –
I bought this to keep my families military grade flashlights always ready. Was surprised to see how efficiently the charger reads each battery and gives you the status and time needed to fully charge. Great product!!!!!
Tom –
I purchased this product because I vape and want to properly charge my 18650 batteries. Charging via the mod itself can ruin your battery significantly faster since the majority of mods don’t have chips which can tell that your battery is fully charged so it keeps charging it. With this device as soon as it’s fully charged it goes in a standby mode not overheating my charged batteries! Plus it’s portable so I can take it on the car and whatnot. Only thing I would change is maybe if it had a cover for the batteries while charging but again that’s a small quality of life thing. Would recommend this product.
Ben –
I got this to replace my Nitecore i4 that went out port-by-port.Fast shipping, screen is sharp with bright & clear, with lots of easy to read info.It is always charging between 1-4 batteries all day/night long.I only use it for my 18650s and it works great for those but I haven’t charged any sizes with it so can’t speak to those.
miss led consumer, when you plug 4Pack that is what should come up. One has to double check –
Were happy with the charger, used it again this afternoon. Will buy one for a gift when the need arises. Hard to beat it. Recommend it, however you must line the batter terminals up with the charger contact’s. Charger contacts could be a tad larger, but they are fine. Small charger contacts are not deal breaker, very well maybe intentionally engineered that way for reason’s UN-known to me??
Prime# –
Have only been using a couple weeks, so can’t speak to longevity, but so far I love this charger. So much better than the big name brand charger I used before that only charges NIMH AA and AAA and only has a “green it’s done” light. This one charges everything and provides so much more info, volts, charging status, etc. So glad I paid a few bucks more and got this one!
Bry –
This thing is way cool. I disassembled laptop battery packs that were registering as dead and unusable and this thing charged the batteries with no issues. Now to use them for other projects.
Tom –
I really like this charger. It’s calming to see what is actually going on when your LiOn’s are charging. Worked like a charm! I’m hoping it lasts now. That would be the icing on the cake.
Matty-MattMatty-Matt –
It’s awesome. I got this to recharge batteries for VR controllers (Plan to get lithium Ion batteries). I get the order today and plug it into the wall with the provided AC connector (don’t forget it comes with the cigarette DC cable as well. Don’t attempt to use both cables at once according to the instructions) I plugged in some Kendal R03 AAA 1.5v batteries that came in the Fire TV remote. And the other two were Amazon basics AAA/LR03 AM4 1.5V batteries that came in the remote for the FireStick Alkaline batteries. I know that these batteries aren’t rated as rechargeable but I wanted to see what would happen. The device showed their current voltage, the mA that was being supplied to charge 500 or 1000, and the time it would take them to full! When they got done charging after a few minutes the timer showed the total duration the battery took to reach full. After they got done charging it stopped supplying power to them but continued to read their status and voltage levels. I really like this device’s simplicity and ease of use! Would definitely recommend it. One press of the button changes the charge voltage between 500 and 1000mA and a long press changes the charging mode AKA whether it is Lithium-Ion, Ni-CD, and so on. it appears to detect automatically but gives you the option to override it. It auto cycles through what it displays every few seconds.
Austin Biesele –
Bought this to replace my last charger that started acting up and I’m finding that I like this one a lot better even with it being about half the price.Been working awesome this whole time after using it about 2 (possibly more, can’t remember when I got it) months.
Ninon Nguyen –
Yes. I am absolutely love this charger. It works with wide range recharge battery sizes and you can see the progress right there. It shows me which battery is good and which is bad so i can sort them out from my big pile. It work amazingly with my solar panel and inverter. I am charging my batteries through solar. Just perfect.

Can’t complain. Does it’s job and does it well.
Arnold Hill –
I’ve only used it a few times so I have no idea how durable it will be. So far it works very well. It charges faster than USB powered chargers. The display is large and very readable; the best I’ve seen yet. The information it displays is useful since I prefer not to fully-charge my batteries.
Peter –
I received this battery charger on-time and immediately used it to charge a dozen 18650 batteries. It worked great and I had no issues with it whatsoever. I hope it continues to work for years. My last charger worked great for 28 months and then one of the two charging positions failed…not good.
Efrain Rox –
I bought this a while back to recharge all my flashlight batteries and it’s still working great. I recommend this product for the price and its quality.
yanstep –
Nice clear display. The only thing that it might be missing is the ability to cycle a battery, but nonetheless, the best battery charger that I’ve had for small batteries.
person in ID –
Great little charger. It can do 4 batteries at once, with two different charge inputs (amount of power). It even has a 12v plug that allows me to take it camping to charge various batteries for flashlights, etc.My only gripe is it’s a bit tough to get AAA batteries in it properly…you just have to fiddle with them a little bit (I hold them as I retract the negative terminal, and then it pushes on the positive one correctly), but it’s not anything that is a show stopper – you just learn that is how you use it.Works on multiple brands. Also shows if your battery is no more (won’t accept any input power or voltage).

I got this charger because I have a doorbell camera which is battery operated. It usually takes about 30-34 hours (yes, over a day) to recharge the batteries and during that period of time, my apartment is unprotected. I got a new set of batteries but didn’t have a way to recharge them so I got this one. It still took a while to charge my batteries (around 5 hours) but it’s MUCH better than 34 hours that it was taking before. I love the product!

I really like this battery charger , I have six 18650 batteries for my vape. My last battery actually burst one day on another cheaper made charger while I was at work I heard a loud hissing noise from my work bag an it was spewing acid all over my tools. Which made me look for another better charger. I have had this charger for a few months now and leave my batteries in while I’m at work or there at home , it’s super easy to read an the charger doesn’t heat the batteries up while fully charger or completely drained. I would recommend this to others.
Davy D NYC –
This is a solid charger for sure. Had to toss my old charger, due to water damage. Old charger also had problems sitting my 21700 batteries, because there wasn’t quite enough room, and it ended up damaging the wraps. Not a problem with this charger. Very impressed so far.
Ng Meowster –
Got this along with a pack of amazon basic AA and AAA batteries to power random devices here and there. I think I made the money back already vs getting traditional batteries.
6foot8 –
Great to have a that charges AAA, AA, 18650 batteries and a bunch of other sizes in Ni-MH and Ni-Cad. Comes with the 2 prong US style house plug AND a cigarette lighter style cord.I’m glad I bought it.
Jason –
I previously had bought a Nitecore Intellicharge i4 Smart Charger – 2016 Edition in 2017 for charging my vape 1850 batteries. It seemed to work fine. Then this year, 2020, it just quit working. The Nitecore was about 6 dollars less but for that 6 dollars I got a digital display with all the information you would want to know while charging like amount charged and even time for charging. I just hope it lasts longer than the other.
Orion The Hunter –
This is an excellent charger. It will charge just about any cylindrical battery, other than those smaller than AAA. One minor issue is when you go to take the battery out, the spring is so strong, the battery can go flying. Just be sure and catch it and everything will be fine. Overall it’s very nice.
Tb2k82CE –
I have a couple of different sizes of rechargeable batteries and I own a charger for all of them that is three chargers. What a pain. Anyway I saw this while looking for the fourth one to charge a different size battery. Now I have been able to retire all of my battery chargers except this one and my camera battery charger. I put the old ones into a travel box where I store all of the stuff I only use when on vacation or traveling. I will take them with me when I go someplace if I forget them I’m not out a lot.I use it often. They must have changed the issue with the case breaking because the one I received is solidly build. Unless you drop it and crack the case it is not going to have the issue some reviewers seem to have had.
Mr. P. Power –
Love this bought a 2nd one. been using for couple years now. mostly for my 18650 vape batteries and rechargeable Triple AAAs..Tip many AAA you have to angle up the their rears so good contact is made. I see this as a battery design flaw Not the chargers fault.
Peter Delta1 –
This is one of the best battery chargers I have ever owned. I have purchased five over the last several years and this one is the best. So easy to use and read the good size display. Just insert the batteries and the unit does the rest. The display shows the charging status of each battery. I would buy this charger again.
Scott P. –
I bought this to replace two Nitecore i2 chargers, and this is a lot better charger than the Nitecores. I have had this nearly 2 months and have zero complaints. For a brand I have never heard of before, I was a little worried. Now, I am pleasantly surprised.
Michael –
Seems to accurately charge my 18650 batteries. The menu buttons are not especially intuitive.Otherwise, very good. Would recommend.
Garfield D Carty –
I purchase this charger since my older solar lamp post has a larger capacity battery that did not fit my existing charger. The batteries are Lithium Ion PO4 18650 with 3.2v and 1200 Mah that’s much larger than a standard AA battery. This charger has an adjustable mechanism that can also fit larger physical size and smaller ones. The charging amps is also adjustable, and the unit shows the amps and voltage as it been charge in addition to the time on the charge. My solar batteries were about 10 years old and it was able to recharge them back to 100%. I also test these batteries along with some AA with different voltage on charge since you can specify the charging amps from 500 to 1000 in milli-amps per battery. The unit also detects the type of battery being charge on the display. I also purchase 4 new batteries that I will be testing the charging capacity tomorrow.
Cobb –
So Far This Charger Works As It Should & Charges Various Batteries Quickly …. Therefore At This Time I’m Quite Happy With It And Would Recommend!
Michael D. Fisher –
I bought this unit because one of the reviews said it even charged his ‘dead’ batteries. I had a BUNCH of ‘dead’ batteries my other NAME BRAND (Sony and EverReady) chargers said EVERY BATTERY I put in them was ‘dead’. I knew that couldn’t be true, so I went out and got this one, based on reviews. Now I have a bunch of fully charged ‘dead’ batteries lighting all the things up! two dozen ‘dead’ batteries I had, ONE was truly ‘dead’. I gotta tell ya, this thing ROCKS.I am also diggin’ the LCD readout on each battery. Time/Amps/Voltage are continuously scanned on each battery so you can see its condition. For the money, this thing is a STEAL!! I’m of to buy another!
Hoby –
For all the years I’ve used rechargeable batteries, I’ve never had a charger that allowed me to actually SEE the state of each battery and charge them intelligently. With this one I can easily tell which batteries have lost the most charge, when exactly they’re done, and which batteries just need to be thrown away. The display modes don’t always make the most sense but just having the display per battery makes a world of difference.
