Sad!! The charger port is not working on the jump rope it will flash when it’s first plugged in but will not stay charged while the charger cable is still attached. I got about 3 weeks worth of joy out of this product

I started working out recently and bought this product based on a recommendation from a friend that uses it. MAN I LOVE IT. I used this DAILY. I use this so much that I am up to about 6,000 reps per day. I have only had the product for about 45 days. I started to notice that the rope is not frayed. I am completely disappointed because the wire inside is now starting to stick me. I guess I expected this to last much longer based on the price. Again. I love using it but wished it lasted longer. What can be done?

I’ve been using this jump rope off and on for about a year. I was using it outside on pavement and the rope shielding gave way about a month in. I’ve since replaced it with a coated steel cable from the hardware store because I couldn’t find anywhere to buy a replacement cable specific to the jump rope.It worked great for about a year. It was nice to see the counter working. The timer only counts when the rope is swinging, so if you stop, the timer stops too. The companion app was useful to see my history of jump rope sessions. I do not think the calorie counter was ever accurate.I stopped jumping rope over the summer. This fall I pulled this jump rope out again. I noticed there was an update to the app which included a firmware update to the jump rope. Since this update, none of the software has worked. The counter is about 100 or more jumps behind and the timer is just as bad. Its a little disheartening to work hard for 10 minutes or more and then look down to see you’ve only jumped 20 times. So it’s no longer a counting jump rope for me; its just a jump rope.I submitted a ticket through the app stating my problem but haven’t heard back and its now been about 2 months.I wish I had just purchased a non-counting jump rope in the first place. I think my money would have gone further.

As of my first review today 02/11/2021 I am very satisfied with this smart rope. Adjustments are easy to make, people requiring additional help figuring it out probably aren’t the reviews you want to look at when deciding if this is the rope for you. You’ll want to consider the quality of the reviewer when trying to determine the quality of the product. Overall, the rope is great and syncing it with your bluetooth is very simple. The tips where the ropes attach rotate freely and make for a very smooth workout. This rope gets a 5 out of 5 in my book. It vibrates to let you know when you’ve hit a bench mark and the app is very user friendly. My only complaint is that it does not feel like it will hold up to being dropped more than a few times, but that could just be false perception on my part since theres nothing stuffed into the handles to add weight and give the false impression that its any sturdier than any other rope out there. So it could very well hold up to quite a bit of abuse and I’m just being overly critical.

This jump rope is easy to use and has become apart of my daily exercise routine. The setup was fairly simple, the rope stays charges for a while before is needed to be charged again. This is a great tool for getting your heart rate up and those calories off. Great value for the money spent!

This is a good jump rope…but it does tangle, which frustrates me. I might be doing something wrong though. But for the money, it’s fantastic! Connects easily to the app and tracks your jumps perfectly… Solid jump rope!!

Used twice. On second use the handle fell out of my hand after catching my foot and the handle broke where the rope connects to handle and is now useless. I would not waste your money with this product. The app and connection was great and it tracked the skips accurately, but if you accidentally drop the handle it’ll break and then everything else great about this product is useless.

I really like my jumprope. I can listen to music without thinking about what number I am at. It comes with an app that shows you everything from calories to How many times you stopped in a row. However the moment you rest for over a minute your workout will automatically end.

This is awesome! The picture is just from me first trying in probably a decade. 😅 but that’s what the app shows. It unfortunately (to my knowledge) doesn’t link with other apps. You can share a photo of the stats though. But it tracks some neat stuff!Assembly is easy, and it comes with a charger. I def recommend. Cool little gadget.

At first I was a bit skeptical about buying this item since there was not any review on the item. But I absolutely love the fact that this item tracks my step and I no longer have to count. I also like the fact that the time in the free jump is accurate. When you stop the jump stop so it gives an accurate count and time of your jumps. Would definitely recommend this product.

Living in a small apartment and due to the pandemic I could not keep my gym routine. My teacher said jumping rope is one of the most effective cardio exercises that I could do in such a small space. The rope seems to be really resistant and you can charge it in any similar charger.The app is definitely a differential. It keeps track of my activity and I can keep track of my improvement. Easy to connect (Bluetooth connection between the phone and the rope).Highly recommend!

This skipping rope is very good overall. The counting function is also very good and accurate in two ways of use. It can record the time and number. This function is sufficient for training. The installation of the skipping rope battery is also relatively simple. The battery cover is also very well designed, and it is not easy to fall off. I myself can’t use such a long rope. I have a gift card to fix the extra rope, which does not affect the use at all.

I was totally excited when the package arrived. Did the setup, everything looked good, until I started jumping rope. It counted double the numbers jumped the first time. Only to 5X the jumped amount after. It seems this unit can not be reset or fixed. I looked everywhere online and there is not fix or repair for that. So it’s a dud. Might as well just buy a rope for a dollar and do the counting yourself

Initial setup, I was really impressed with the jump rope- easy to set up, accurate count, great stats however the rope no longer powers on and is no longer connecting to the app after only one use. Maybe someone else had a similar problem and knows how to fix this problem. If so please share what I can try to get the jump rope working again. I gave it a 3 star because had it not stopped working it might have gotten 5 based on my first experience.

Yes! If you are thinking about buying a jump rope this is your answer! Yes! I could not recommend a better work out than jump roping, I only started 3 weeks ago and haven’t jumped in years, the first several days were very sore. But having a jump rope that counts and collect all my data for me, is extremely helpful and it keeps track of my progress for me. I’ve definitely already gotten my moneys worth. I’ve only had to charge it once since I purchased it 3 weeks ago.My only wish/recommendation for the makers would be the production of a weighted jump rope.Over all could not be happier with this product and the progress it is helping me achieve!

The build quality on this thing is so poor it almost makes me feel like this is a scam. The handles are made out of the lightest, most flimsiest looking plastic. The rope is so light that you can’t properly swing it around you. The best I can describe it is imagine throwing a plastic bag as hard as you can and then it losing all momentum as soon as you stop exerting force on it. That’s how the rope feels. It just flails lol it’s impossible to keep swinging around you. It just doesn’t have enough weight. On top of that, the app is atrocious. You don’t need to buy the jump rope to experience the app for yourself. Feel free to download it and you will understand what I mean. It’s basically incomprehensible which in turn makes it useless. My opinion is that this company is just trying to get these cheaply constructed ropes out the door at an extremely high profit margin and hoping that only a certain percentage of people bother to return them. In the end still netting a profit. I returned mine with no hesitation.

This jump rope is great. Please size it properly. If you are not very tall, I would suggest using something to hold the extra rope in place (like heavy duty tape). If the excess rope is left unsecured, it can feel like your hands are being continuously struck as you jump.The Bluetooth app (Skip Joy) can be downloaded to your device. This app is a must as it will track the results of your skipping session. I love that I have the ability to add multiple sessions each day to break up my skipping sessions and the app will track each one. The app provides the time spent and number of jumps. I would recommend.

I bought the rope because I assumed it can keep up the count so I don’t count manually. The rope did not keep up with the count at all. That’s why I have it a two star.
