Exactly what I needed and I suspect exactly what you need. Great brightness and night vision. This is way more than what I expected. I am using this to clean my standard poodle’s ears. I use it as a headlamp, to see every nuke and cranny of his ear, to get them clean. This also works great for nighttime dog walking. All the accessories are a great plus, to give this product even more uses.I did have an issue with one of the two not working. I finally figured out that I needed to screw in the battery compartment TIGHTER, on the one that did not work. (Don’t forget to remove the piece of cardboard in the battery compartment, to allow the current connection.) You will be totally satisfied with this product… as I am.

I got these headlamps for young grandchildren that like to play, supervised, at night in their backyard. Overall it is a good headlamp and worth the money for 2 of them. They seem to be made well, but I have not had them long enough. It is definitely not 1200 lumens. It is bright and I don’t have a meter to test the output. Side by side with my Fenix 1000 lumen flashlight it is definitely not as bright. Plus distance performance the Fenix is better. I would guess it is maybe about 700 lumens. Also the magnetic base is weak and barely holds the flashlight when pulled out of the head band. With the headband attached it will fall every time. I wish the magnet would hold the flashlight in the head band, cause I don’t see myself wanting to take it out of the headband just to use the magnetic base. Though I really only planned to use as a headlamp. Also I tried to put the two 18560 batteries in my separate charger. So I could charge them both at one time, and they were two long compared to my other 18560 batteries. The overall construction of this LED Is high quality. Metal which I assume is aluminum. The charger connection nearly hidden as is the batter.y. Very well thought out. Almost military or law enforcement grade. The magnet on one end is helpful as well to prop up if needed such as under the hood of car or similar situation.The light is REALLY bright. Of course the length of time will decrease as the higher power beam. Even the lower mode is bright enough for most useage.2 in a package was worth it! Much better than the plastic ones I have bought in the past for the same price but only for ONE light.

Not as great as the others that I bought, but it does the job. Great little fishing light. Batteries keep it going for quite some time. I had to use it a long time for it to even start to fade. Then I just grabbed the other one since it came in a pack of two. It was a good buy.

These lights are great, even aside from being a headlamp. You can velcro or 3M double sided tape the mounts onto basically anything, and use them as a headlight for things. Riding at night, it’s easy to adjust and having one strobe while the other acts as a headlight is great. My only gripe is that it cannot stay on the highest mode very long before ticking down to the lower high mode, but for the price you can’t beat it.

Don’t buy this light, takes forever to charge, batteries drain fast even on a low setting, and the worst part is the end cap keeps coming off of both lights. Its the cap with the power button. Brightness is ok but it flickers because the connection inside isn’t good.

Got these puppies in last night and had a service upgrade today (electrical). Dark enough basement with no power, one unit lasted 6hours on mid-level with no dimming towards the end. Even at mid level it was way brighter than the cheapo I’ve been running. Really do like the quality for the low price. Dropped one unit direct to a concrete floor while on and no issues or even a flicker.I’ve been using a cheap POS I got for a gift years back and had been collecting dust for years. I have gone through a lot of headlights. I use them daily. I crawl around in crawl spaces and attics. They get beaten p and broken quickly, no matter how much I spend. I bought them because they were cheap, thinking I can just blow through them cheaply and replace them as needed.I haven’t had to replace one yet. They just run and run and run. This is small and light enough to wear on your forehead. The light is bright and easy to find hidden things in dark places, read, or work in dark places. It has the flashing strobe function to scare people off, or an S O S flash to call for help.Sadly, the instructions are woefully bad. It’s difficult to attach the straps to the flashlight. It’s also difficult to find the plug in to charge the battery. Hint: it unscrews on the switch side, and the plug is in the threads.

As a commercial truck driver, I have a need for a reliable, bright, comfortable headlight that has long battery life. I have tried about a dozen different headlamps, none have been up to the task for various reasons. This Morpilot headlamp has already proven far superior in the week that I have had it. The battery life is outstanding! I was able to complete the installation of four shock absorbers one night, as well as other minor maintenance tasks and the battery never even came close to discharge. I appreciate the dimming feature as well because I don’t always require full illumination. I find the head strap extremely comfortable, and I like the fact that I can remove the light itself from the mount so it can be used like a flashlight. One end of the light is magnetic which is a very handy feature. The light is made out of aluminum, very sturdy, and I suspect it will last a very long time. For the price this headlamp sells for, you absolutely are getting a great value. I just purchased a second headlamp for my wife.

The lights bright, adjustable and long lasting. Working on fire trucks all day that are made with aluminum and stainless steel there are few places to put a magnetic light on. Several of the other mechanics have them. Every thing is in the front with no bulky battery on the back.The only thing that would be nice is if after the light was on for a while you didn’t have to cycle through all the other modes.Previously I was using one that had that feature but were $38 each and weren’t as bright and were only good for 1-2 hours.But I definitely recommend these lights.

These headlamps are a very good buy. The initial highest brightness is a good 800-900 true lumins on high, this is compared to lights that cost multiple times as much. Medium or the low setting is fine for up close work for me.. They do have the technology that dims the light when on high a little bit after approx 5min and holds that continuesly from that point. Which inables the light to run for much longer than the specs say. I haven’t actually completely drained the battery and I’m testing it right now. I have turned it on high and let it run for a half hour to 2 hours at a time and it’s still just as bright at 5 total hours now and still going as strong as when it had a full charge. And even after 2 hours of being on high they never even got warm to the touch unlike most others that will burn you after that long. Also I like the pattern of projection. Not to tight and not a flood light either. But they will throw a broad bright beam at least 100ft on high.They have a lot of things I like, brightness, RECHARGEABLE battery run time, usb charging, the battery has overcharge, discharge and polarity protection, the ability to take the light off the band and use it as a flashlight or use the magnetic end making it a portable cordless work light. The ability to use other 18650 batteries if these go bad. The light body is made of extremely durable aluminum. They are waterproof, drop proof and crush proof. Adjustable output and angleThere is a couple things I don’t like is that it has a strobe and s.o.s setting. Also you have to cycle through them all to shut the light off instead of being able to hold the switch down for a couple seconds to shut it off.Update: I want to let you know that the vendor is very responsive to emails and stands behind their product. Also I have been using these headlamps for almost 3 months now at work “construction” and the battery life has improved without any decrease in output. I use them between 5 to 8 hours a week at 5 to 60 minute intervals on a single charge.

I love that I got two. I was working on my car in the garage. Right in the middle of a complicated fix, the light died. I put it to charge, grabbed the other one and continued working. I worked for two weeks and rotated the lights. I never had to stop to wait for a charge.I love that I could get just the correct angle and brightness. When I turned the light on the next day it was at the brightness I had used previously.I highly recommend these headlamps. I did not use the strap over the head. If fact, I didn’t know what it was. I was so excited to use them, I just put one on and got to work.

Like others have mentioned, this light will not maintain 1200 lumens (if it ever hits that) for long. That being said, it is reasonably bright for basic stuff around camp at night. I was out for 3 days and had a battery pack to charge my phone and this headlamp and it worked fine. Overall very reasonable for the price – especially given the weight – and will definitely work for when you need to gather sticks or go take a dump in the woods.

Morpilot headlamps are slightly-heavy compared to competitor products, but built with solid and sturdy material. They have a great metal feel. We brought them to our 4-night camping trip at Death Valley. With labels as 1200 lumens, these headlamps are super bright, and we set them at 2nd brightest mode. Other people envied us and were surprised by how bright light our headlamp produces. Those competitor products often accidently been turned on in my backpack. However, morpilot headlamps are well-designed to avoid that. The battery life (for 2nd brightest mode) is long enough for a week-long (or even longer) trip. The indicator (green/red/flashing red) is super easy to check the battery life. Even after flashing red indicator, you can still have light for half to one hour. Rechargeable battery with a USB cable is convenient. This is my 5th attempt to buy a good light for doing handyman chores. I have others that are better in lots of ways but they all have battery packs behind the head with a delicate wire running front to back. When under a sink your head is resting on the cabinet floor and a battery pack gets in the way. Oftentimes stresing the cable that tethers the lamp to power. That connection has failed on 3 other brands. This one doesn’t last as long, nor as bright, but it is bulletproof! It has plenty of power for under a sink. I keep spare batteries on hand for when they run low.
